A $25 fee will be charged per person if you would like to receive your waterpark passes before 1:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Two-night minimum may apply for weekends, holidays and premium periods.
Wearing of cover-ups and shoes is appreciated in all public areas and restaurants.


Blue Harbor Resort is a pet free facility. Guests arriving or bringing pets into the resorts suites or villas will be asked to checkout and will forfeit their deposit (a cleaning fee of up to $250 will be charged to the guest).
In accordance with the ADA, service animals  are welcome and must be under your control at all times, whether this is by the means of a leash, hand gestures or voice control, your service pet cannot become unruly. In addition, if your service animal  were to damage anything in the hotel room, you are still liable for the cost of those damages.


Blue Harbor Resort offers handicap accessible suites for guests with special needs. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, our suites that have been designed for guests that utilize a wheelchair, or require extra space. In addition, our public spaces are all wheelchair accessible, including the front desk. Our parking facility features handicap parking with wheelchair ramps to access the main lobby.
All of our ADA handicap accessible rooms are non-smoking.

Smoking policy

Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and smokeless tobacco, is not allowed on guest room patios and balconies, or in any area of the resort or water park. However, you may smoke in designated smoking areas, conveniently located outside all primary entrances (doors 1-4). A cleaning fee may be applied if this policy is not followed.

Firearm policy

Blue Harbor Resort, prohibits persons from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm on hotel property, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun. Blue Harbor Resort, reserves the right to request guests and visitors who fail to abide by this policy to leave the hotel premises. Failure to leave at the request of the Resorts staff may result in the Sheboygan Police Department being contacted, and may subject you to further legal action for failure to abide by this policy, including trespass.
This policy does not apply to law enforcement officers.

Deposit policy
One night’s room rate plus tax is required in advance. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only. Checks are not accepted for reservations within four weeks of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date to receive a refund (less a $25 processing fee).Cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival results in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Group rates are available on 10 or more rooms.

  • Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent a room.
  • Your family’s safety is Blue Harbor Resort’s top priority. In order for us to continue providing our high safety standards, we require your full cooperation to abide by Blue Harbor Resort’s fire safety regulations.
  • Please be advised that the use of electrical heating appliances, except for those supplied by Blue Harbor Resort, is strictly prohibited in our guest rooms, balconies, patios, or any other location inside or outside Blue Harbor Resort property. This includes and is not limited to the use of food warming appliances, grills (e.g. electric, propane or charcoal), and any electrical device that Blue Harbor Resort deems unsafe. We ask that you take special note of this important safety and health regulation.

Important: Failure to abide by this fire code could result in your family being asked to vacate the room and leave the property without a refund. Failure to comply with these important property rules and area township laws may also lead to arrest and prosecution.

Here we answer some frequently asked questions so that you can better understand our process and policies.

What time is check-in?
Check in BEGINS at 4 pm or as rooms become available.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11 am.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel outside of the 72 hour mark, there will be a $25 processing fee. Anything canceled inside the 72 hour mark will result in full forfeiture of your first nights deposit.

When is the earliest I can check in and get waterpark passes?
You may arrive as early as 1pm to receive your waterpark passes. If your room is ready at that time, we will go ahead and get you checked in. If it is not ready, we will take down your information and call you as soon as it becomes available.

Are waterpark passes included in my room rate?
You will receive as many waterpark passes as the number of guests you have listed on your reservation.

How old do I have to be to check in?
You must be 21 years of age to check into our resort.

Do I have to add children 2 and under to my reservation?
Children 2 and under are free of charge, but they must be included into room occupancy.

Why is there a $50 per person charge for anyone over the base occupancy?
The $50 charge covers the waterpark wrist band for the entire length of stay, as well as the usage of the room, linens, and amenities.

What amenities are in the rooms?
All rooms will provide an iron, ironing board, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and safe. We also provide Roam bath amenities.

Are pets allowed? Service animals?
We are not a pet friendly resort; however, we do allow service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Do the rooms have a microwave and mini fridge?
Yes, all of our rooms have a mini fridge and microwave.

Do you sell day passes to the waterpark?
Day passes are sold daily on a first come, first serve basis. The number of passes available is based upon the occupancy of the resort. You must be here in person to purchase day passes.

Do you provide rollaway beds/pack and plays?
Rollaway beds are available for a $10 charge and we do provide pack and plays free of charge.

What do I need to provide at check in?
You will need a valid photo ID and a major credit card at the time of check in.

What are the hours of the waterpark?
The hours of the waterpark vary based on the time of year. Please check the waterpark hours under the waterpark tab on the website.

Are carry-ins allowed in the waterpark?
Carry ins are not allowed in the waterpark at any time.

Are life vests required and provided?
We provide life vests free of charge and any life vests brought in must be coast guard approved.

Is there valet parking?
We do provide complimentary valet parking.

Is a shuttle available?
We have 2 shuttles available. The shuttle is free on resort property, but there is a charge to be shuttled in the Sheboygan County area.

Why is there a maximum occupancy in rooms?
We must adhere to the fire code and the state laws set. Maximum occupancy is set for your safety and everyone in the resort.

Can I request a late checkout?
Late checkouts are based on room availability and can be requested the morning of checkout.

What does the resort fee include?
The resort fee covers the parking, newspaper, Wi-Fi, waterpark usage, fitness center, and business center access.

Are pool towels provided?
We provide pool towels, but we encourage you bring a cover up to get from the waterpark back to your room. All outside guests need to bring their own pool towel when using the waterpark.
