Spa Policies
Please help us ensure you have a wonderful experience that begins with smooth scheduling and fairness to all our guests at Reflections Spa & Salon of Blue Harbor Resort by familiarizing yourself with these spa policies covering scheduling, booking fees, change/cancellation policies, preparing for your spa appointment experience, and payment options.
Spa Scheduling
- Guests must be 18 or older for services behind closed doors unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
- We have both highly qualified female and male providers, whom is assigned will be based on availability of therapist and qualifications. If you aren’t comfortable with having either you must let someone know when booking the service, any requested changes within 72 hours of appointments will follow our change/cancellation policy.
- Please contact our spa staff at 920-457-9880 or email sfrontdesk@blueharborresort.com. We recommend scheduling two weeks in advance to ensure an appointment time. A credit card with a non-refundable booking fee is required to hold your reservation.
- Online bookings ensure we have basic information to hold a spot for you, bookings are finalized when we are able to inform you of our full spa policies and send a personalized confirmation email to you.
- At Reflection Spa and Salon, personalized care is our priority. By keeping guest numbers smaller, we ensure a tranquil environment where our skilled therapists provide treatments tailored to your unique needs. From beginning to end, our goal is to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. We recommend booking groups at least four weeks in advance. Hours may vary.
Spa Booking Fee
A $50 non-refundable booking fee per service is required to secure your appointment.
For group bookings of 3 or more services, a $75 non-refundable booking fee per service is required.
Booking fees are applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Spa Change/Cancellation Policy
- 72 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.
- Less Than 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
- 48 Hours or Less: Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the total service cost plus standard 20% gratuities.
- For groups of 3 or more, cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours will be charged 100% of the total service cost plus standard 20% gratuities.
- If you have any questions or need to make changes to your appointment, you must contact the spa directly at (920) 457-9880. Please do not call the front desk to cancel or change your spa reservation as they are not responsible for spa reservation changes or cancellations. If you cancel with the front desk & not the spa you will still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.
- If there are any discrepancies to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Important Notes
- Booking fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation notice.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next guest, with the full treatment fee still applicable.
- By booking an appointment, you confirm that you understand and agree to these policies.
Preparing for Your Spa Appointment
To ensure a seamless start to your relaxation, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. For your comfort, we recommend limiting personal items and dressing down to your comfort level. If you’d like to enhance your experience, consider booking our Amenity Wellness Enhancement. This includes access to a cozy changing room, spa robe, relaxation lounge with herbal tea and snacks, as well as our sauna and showers. Availability is limited, so we encourage advance reservations. We do not recommend consuming alcohol prior to your service since most of our treatments promote circulation and detoxification.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be embraced by our warm, farm-chic atmosphere, soothing music, dim lighting, and calming herbal aromas—everything designed to help you reflect, unwind, and recharge.

By keeping guest numbers smaller, we ensure a tranquil environment where our skilled state-licensed therapists provide treatments tailored to your unique needs, answering any questions you may have. From beginning to end, our goal is to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
Wear what you will be comfortable leaving in. If you have consecutive services, a robe will be available for you. The therapist will exit the room so that you can undress to your comfort level. Our therapists are trained to drape areas of your body not involved in the treatment to protect privacy at all times, at any point you do not feel completely comfortable always ask your therapist to adjust.
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off distracting devices while visiting our spa.
Spa Payment Options
All major credit cards, Blue Harbor Resort gift cards, and cash are accepted. Guests who are staying at the resort may charge their service to their room. Personal checks not accepted.
The customary minimum gratuity of 20% will be added to your services. You are welcome to adjust that amount based on your experience. All charges will be to the credit card on file and will be charged after the original service time unless other arrangements are made.
