Infrared Sauna
Relax in our sauna to help sooth sore muscles, reduce pain, boost relaxation, and possibly improve heart health. Within minutes of sitting in an infrared sauna, beads of sweat will appear on your skin, blood vessels widen to increase blood flow, and your heart rate increases - basically the same response as exercise. Bathing suit required.
30 minutes | $30 or $20 with an additional 60 minute spa treatment.
Farmhouse Fresh Bliss Body Wrap
Immerse yourself in the ultimate restorative experience with our Farm House Fresh Bliss Body Wrap. This treatment begins with a dry brushing ritual to stimulate circulation and prepare your skin. Next, enjoy the detoxifying and oxygenating benefits of Farmhouse Fresh Bubble mask applied across your body, followed by a deeply nourishing body mask to hydrate and soften your skin.
