Adult Halloween Party

Shipwreck Soiree On the Rocks

October 12th, 19th, & 26th
SATURDAYS | 7PM-10PM

The ship may have crashed at On the Rocks Bar & Grill, but that doesn't stop us adults from having fun during the spooky season in Sheboygan, WI. Join us for our adult Halloween party, Shipwreck Soiree On the Rocks, with live music by Tango en Fuego, specialty cocktails like the Purple People Eater, Cauldron, and Bloody Mary, and a costume contest at On the Rocks Bar and Grill at Blue Harbor Resort each Saturday October 12th - 26th.

Our friendly bartenders will welcome you to our nautically-themed bar featuring unique decor and Lake Michigan views to celebrate Sheboygan's sailing heritage. We're going all in on the Shipwreck theme for this adult Halloween party, so we'll even award a prize in the costume contest for Best Shipwreck Themed Costume! This is an adults-only 21+ event.

*Local Sheboygan area visitors can use entrance #2 or #3, on either side of the main lobby entrance, and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. On the Rocks is located off the Main Lobby.

About Tango en Fuego

Tango en Fuego plays a range of genres: country, rock, pop, folk, Latin, and reggae. They also play original tunes composed by Brad Campbell, which you'll hear placed here and there in their set lists. The duo is highly danceable, but to add some slightly exotic sounds to the mix, Tim Hourigan sings in foreign languages such as Portuguese, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

Tim is a Latin percussionist who moved to Wisconsin from Idaho in 1988. He inadvertently absorbed a passion for Latin music due to the influence of his parents, who constantly played music on the hi-fi stereo at home. It wasn't until much later—around 1999—that Tim began to teach himself how to play congas and bongos. Musically, his focus turned toward the sounds of Brazil: samba and bossa nova.

Tim’s influances (in no particular order): Sergio Mendes, Jimi Hendrix, Cat Stevens, Nat King Cole, João & Astrud Gilberto, Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Sheryl Crow, Led Zeppelin, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Ben Lee, Brooke Fraser.
