Booking FAQs
We typically book weddings 12-15 months in advance, depending on the number of guests and time of year, but we would be happy to check availability for your special day.
25% of the anticipated revenue is due when you officially book a date. This deposit is non-refundable, but will be deducted from your final bill.
- Due with Contract: 25% of Anticipated Revenue (to hold your date)
- 150 days Prior to Event: 25% of Anticipated Revenue
- 60 days Prior to Event: 25% of Anticipated Revenue
- 30 days Prior to Event: 25% of Anticipated Revenue
- 6 days Prior to Event: Balance over and above food and beverage minimum plus taxes (5.5%) and service charge (24%).
All of your tables/chairs, standard linens, formal china, silver and glassware, table mirrors, and glass votive candles.
As a convenience, we do provide a Preferred Vendor list to help make your wedding planning easier, however you are welcome to use the vendors of your own choice to help you celebrate your big day.
Food & Beverage FAQs
We do offer several vegetarian and vegan options and can accommodate most allergies including: gluten free, dairy, egg, and nuts.
Yes we offer a kids menu.
Yes, we offer a private wedding tasting where we also help you create an agenda for the night of the event.
State and federal regulations require all food and beverage to be provided by Blue Harbor Resort, with the exception of your wedding cake as long as it’s from a certified baker.
Setup / Tear Down FAQs
Your room rental fees include eight hours from set up to final farewells.
You will have access to the function space two hours prior to the start of your wedding. Additional set-up time can be arranged at an additional fee, based on availability.
You must bid your guests a fond farewell by midnight.
All of your personal items and decorations must be removed from the function space at the end of the night.
Ceremony FAQs
Yes, we offer ceremonies at our resort in conjunction with your wedding reception. We are unable to offer wedding services for just a ceremony.
Yes we do! All outdoor weddings have a secured indoor location in the event of inclement weather.
Guest Room FAQs
Yes, we offer a discounted rate for wedding room blocks of 10 or more guest rooms, based on time of year and availability.
Our Group Rooms Manager will help guide you through the best room block accommodations for your wedding.
Yes, for an additional fee our bell staff is available to deliver amenity bags directly to guest rooms. We are unable to distribute amenity bags for guests at check-in.
